01 General Terms & Conditions

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Bangla Bat's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Bangla Bat may request proof of age verification at any time. Failure to verify your age, or providing a false date of birth, will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

A note to parents — please ensure that your underage children cannot access this platform. The use of parental control software is strongly recommended.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on Bangla Bat are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 50.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 10 minutes, though verification may occasionally take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the original payment method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance.
• Bangla Bat may request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bangla Bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit. The wagering requirement is 30x (you must bet 30 times the total of your deposit plus the bonus amount).
• Daily Cashback: A cashback percentage is applied to your net daily losses and credited as a bonus.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonuses are available on redeposits made on specific days.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend to Bangla Bat and earn a referral bonus.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited. Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously.

06 Betting Rules

All betting activity on Bangla Bat is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All bet outcomes are final, and the decisions of Bangla Bat authorities shall be considered conclusive.
• Bangla Bat reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

• Bets will be refunded if a sports event is cancelled or postponed.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bangla Bat platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or odds.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users.
• Harassing or intimidating Bangla Bat staff.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Bangla Bat may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If suspicious activity is detected.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Dispute Resolution

• In any dispute, the decision of Bangla Bat shall be considered final.
• If a complaint is found to be false or without merit, action may be taken against the account.
• The relevant balance may be placed on a temporary hold during an ongoing dispute resolution process.
